DYKEM® Cross Check™ Torque Seal®

How does Cross Check™ Torque Seal® work?
Apply a stripe across a fastener and the part it threads into. Once cured, the mark cracks or shifts if the fastener moves or loosens — a tool-free visual check for inspectors. It’s highly visible in ambient light, fluoresces under UV, adheres strongly to metal, and provides warranty protection against tampering.
Which torque seal is approved for aircraft?
DYKEM® Cross Check™ Plus is the aviation grade — certified to Boeing specification BMS8-45H (Type I/III) and the only fast-cure torque sealant with proven resistance to Skydrol PE-5 hydraulic fluid. It’s designed for aircraft assembly and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operations.
